Thankfully the end of an era, we’re promised that the Blumhouse Productions and Oren Pelli-created found-footage franchise, PARANORMAL ACTIVITY, will end after this year’s THE GHOST DIMENSION. The fifth instalment promises to reveal the mystery of Toby, although delving into just how the series has been such a success is what I want answering most.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY: THE GHOST DIMENSION follows a new family, the Fleeges — father Ryan (Chris J. Murray), mother Emily (Brit Shaw) and their young daughter Leila (Ivy George) — who move into a house and discover a video camera and a box of tapes in the garage.

When they look through the camera’s lens, they begin to see the paranormal activity happening around them — including the re-emergence of young Kristi and Katie.

Check out the new living one-sheet for the film directed by Gregory Plotkin.

Starring Chris J. Murray, Brit Shaw, Olivia Taylor Dudley and Dan Gill, PARANORMAL ACTIVITY: THE GHOST DIMENSION arrives in UK cinemas on October 23.
