Sam Raimi May Be Heading To THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE

Sam Raimi is in talks to direct a film about the mysterious zone in the Caribbean, THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE, at Skydance.

This is one of three duelling projects currently in development concerning the Bermuda Triangle, Warner Bros. and Universal are also developing potential films. Raimi has met with officials over the film and taken a look at Doug Miro and Carlo Bernard’s script, which has been around at Skydance since 2013.

Raimi, meanwhile, is devloping a remake of Jacques Audiard’s 2009 film A PROPHET and an adaptation of George Friedman’s The Next 100 Years titled WORLD WAR 3. He’s also penning a follow-up to THE EVIL DEAD, EVIL DEAD 2.
